Scottish singer Lulu talks about the relaxed vibe at the Brit’s, saying there’s “a nice atmosphere here.”
With the high profile nature of the guests and the event itself, small wonder that she comments that there are “a lot of photographers and journalists around.” However, despite the press attention, she was impressed by the laid back pace of the event. “Sometimes award shows can be a bit nerve racking or a bit frantic, this seems chilled.”
Lulu said that music producer Dallas Austin had praised the conduct of people at the Brits, responding “we love the Americans.” She explained the compliments from the US record executive, saying “when the Americans come to town we’re on our best behaviour!”
