As much as t5m loves the big brands in fashion; the Chanels, Pradas and Gucci’s of the world, what we love even more is discovering a fantastic new label that is about to take the industry by storm. You heard it on t5m first: Zadig & Voltaire is the fashion label to be seen wearing in this summer.
With stores throughout Europe, Japan and New York, the label embodies a new type of luxury whilst simultaneously being original and affordable. By combining delicate fabrics such as cashmere, washed silk, lace and metallic leather, Zadig & Voltaire creates refined, yet casual clothing. The latest collection leads with embroidery and lead glass inscriptions, as well as glittered skulls and studded eagles so it is perhaps no surprise the label is favourite of rock’n'roll star, Coco Sumner. The achingly cool daughter of Sting and Trudie Styler attended the store opening party in London’s Notting Hill, dressed in her typically nonchalent style with a teddy bear print pyjama top.
