David talks about his experiences and founding Marianne Faithful and Tom Waits’ publicity company, journalism and the new book. The smart managers are brand managers says David and he seems to have used this to his own advantage. Singer songwriters are particularly close to his heart but would he choose The Stones or The Beatles?
