Now that I have your attention, let me clarify. For one day only — Dec. 12 — fans can view Kylie Minogue’s new live album — days before it’s released — for free on her YouTube channel. The Aussie pop superstar is set to release the live digital album, titled Kylie Live in New York, Dec. 15. However, fans can listen to the first half of the album for 24 hours beginning midnight Dec. 12. Kylie lovers will no doubt take advantage of this mini free online concert.  Fans who download the album on iTunes will receive three bonus tracks. How’s that for Happy Holidays?

Live features her sold out Oct. 13 show at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom. The date was the last on her first-ever North American tour, which kicked off in September of this year. The performance featured a live band, dancers, back-up singers, set changes, an array of costumes and a special light show. Kylie’s act showcased hits from her 20-year career, including her first single, “The Locomotion.”

This is her second release of the year. The first was in January, when she released a remix collection on Astralwerks Records titled Boombox: The Remix Album 2000-2008. It included old tunes, as well as some previously unreleased ones remixed by Chemical Brothers, Fischerspooner, Mylo and Sebastien Leger.
