With women looking younger and younger, the men had better shape up and struggle with their bear paunches. It is no wonder there are so many single women in London. Why is it that all my girlfriends have managed to stay the same weight as when they were twentysomething, or within nine pounds, while the men (except my sexy hipped athletic friends Tim Willis, Ivor Braka and husband, Johan Eliasch) have got huge, hideous bellies, not to mention red faces that mask their once attractive features. As for looking good in clothes, they mostly are not interested. I love to dress up men, watch their tailors, go shopping for shoes, and I love a dandy. However, although I like the results, I don’t really like seeing them have beauty treatments. There is nothing like being touched by a manicured hand or foot - it is an elixir to me - but what about Botox? I am frequently asked my views on Botox and men, and I can report that there are definitely many more males going to Dr Sebagh’s office in Wimpole Street, W1, than ten years ago. He tells me we would all be surprised if we knew who had got addicted to the syringe. I have certainly noticed very many more chic men turn up to his office, quickly going in and out and hoping not to be seen. So perhaps thats where new husbands are to be found? Personally, I just stop at the facelift, which looks so peculiar on a men - they look as if they have been in a battle. Yes, a smooth brow is attractive - who wants to see someone’s bad mood all the time - but so are a few wrinkles. Ridges, no. And as for fat, faced with a waist of more than thirty two inches, I’d rather be celibate.

Should men have botox, and keep to the same weight. I vote yes, faced with a paunch I'll stay celibate.
